🍲 Braised Fish Chunks Recipe

🐟 Ingredients:

  • 500g fish chunks (like carp, tilapia, or cod)

  • 1 tbsp cooking wine

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 3 slices of ginger

  • 3 cloves garlic (smashed)

  • 1 small green onion

  • 1 cup hot water


🔥 Steps:

  1. Pan-fry the fish chunks in hot oil until both sides are golden. Remove and set aside.

  2. In a clean pan, sauté ginger, garlic, and green onion until fragrant.

  3. Add soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and cooking wine. Stir well.

  4. Return the fish, add hot water, and simmer on low heat for 15–20 minutes until sauce thickens.

  5. Garnish and serve with rice. So good! 🤤
