We understand that sometimes a product may not meet the buyer's expectations. Therefore, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy to ensure customer satisfaction.

1. Return/Exchange eligibility: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the item(s) within 45 days of delivery. The product must be in its original packaging and unused condition for a full refund or exchange.

2. Return/Exchange process: To request a return or exchange, please email us with the following information:

• Order number
• Product name and SKU
• Reason for return/exchange

We will respond to your request as soon as possible and provide return shipping instructions if necessary.

1. Refund/Exchange Process: Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund or exchange for the same or similar product. Please note that the buyer will be responsible for any return shipping fees unless the return is due to our errorr(including product defective).

2. Refund Timelines: Depending on the payment method used, refunds may take several business days to appear in your account. Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

3. Exceptions: We do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized products, customized items, or altered after delivery.
