At WANGYUANJI, we provide 2 methods for shipping. A: Free shipping applies to locations within the contiguous U.S. from warehouse in California, U.S.  B: International shipping service for our customers through warehouses in China warehouse, Buyer may request to pay 40$ to 60$(depends on different weight of products) as international shipping cost. Here are the logistics terms and policies:

• Shipping methods: We will ship the product to the buyer via international air express, ocean shipping or land transportation depending on the destination, order details, and budget(basically, we will ship to international delivery through air freight).  U.S is free shipping zone.
• Delivery time: The delivery time varies from country to country. Generally speaking, it takes 7-14 business days for regular international delivery. However, due to customs clearance procedures, weather conditions and other factors, there may be some delays. Buyers are advised to check with us if they need faster delivery or more detailed tracking information. Besides, U.S domestic ground shipping for all our products in the continental US. Orders shipped through ground usually take between 2-4 business days to deliver once processed.
• Shipping fees: The shipping fee is calculated based on the package weight, dimensions, shipping method, and destination. The buyer will NOT be responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes.
• Tracking information: We will provide a tracking number once the item is shipped, and buyers can track their package online using the carrier's website.
• Returns & Refunds Policy: For products damaged during shipping or having quality problems, buyers are entitled to a full refund or a replacement within 45 days after receiving the package. Please note that we do not accept returns or issue refunds for personal reasons, such as change of mind, wrong size or color, etc. (Free returns and refunds apply for U.S customers only.)
