🍲 Braised Fish Chunks Recipe
🐟 Ingredients:
- 
500g fish chunks (like carp, tilapia, or cod) 
- 
1 tbsp cooking wine 
- 
1 tbsp soy sauce 
- 
1 tbsp dark soy sauce 
- 
1 tbsp oyster sauce 
- 
1 tsp sugar 
- 
3 slices of ginger 
- 
3 cloves garlic (smashed) 
- 
1 small green onion 
- 
1 cup hot water 
🔥 Steps:
- 
Pan-fry the fish chunks in hot oil until both sides are golden. Remove and set aside. 
- 
In a clean pan, sauté ginger, garlic, and green onion until fragrant. 
- 
Add soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and cooking wine. Stir well. 
- 
Return the fish, add hot water, and simmer on low heat for 15–20 minutes until sauce thickens. 
- 
Garnish and serve with rice. So good! 🤤
