In the seventeenth year of Daoguang period(1837). it was posted by Qing government and named "WANGYUANJI smelt workshop".It was the earliest large smelt workshop(government designated smelt workshop)in the south of the yangtze river.All food pots sold are sealed with a red stamp of WANGYUANJI brand, which is trusted by users.The brand was protected by the Jiangnan general administration of commerce of the Qing Dynasty.
